What we do

More than a scrap route.
A controlled recovery loop.

Traditional scrap-first recycling can be built around collection, weighing and immediate sale. Vantage is designed to carry the lot further: qualify the source, protect data-bearing equipment, measure the output and use buyer feedback before scaling.

Unlike a traditional scrap-first recycler that mainly collects, weighs and sells mixed material, Vantage builds a controlled route: we source end-of-life electronics from enterprise, telecom and industrial partners; handle data-bearing equipment responsibly; dismantle and sort by category; recover copper-rich fractions; verify each lot; and route clean, documented output to qualified buyers.

01

Supplier material

Start with a known source.

Category, location, volume and exclusions are qualified before capacity is committed.

02

Vantage recovery process

Control the journey.

Secure intake, responsible data handling, dismantling, copper-first sorting and lot records make the route visible.

03

Verified buyer

Sell evidence, not just weight.

Sampling, grade checks, buyer formulas and feedback turn output into a lot a downstream customer can trust.

Our difference: traditional recyclers and scrap traders can be valuable partners; Vantage adds source control, chain-of-custody discipline, measured separation and buyer validation to the recovery loop.

The problem we are solving

Good material is lost in a bad process.

India has e-waste volume. The harder commercial problem is creating a dependable bridge between the company that needs a safe route and the buyer that needs a clean, predictable lot.

01

Mixed feed, unclear grade

Unknown composition makes a tonne look more valuable than it may be. Copper content must be qualified before capacity is bought.

02

Data and chain-of-custody risk

Enterprise equipment can carry sensitive information. Collection, quarantine and data handling need to be part of the route.

03

Opaque deductions

Price indications are not the same as payability. Sampling, contamination limits, assay and buyer formulas must be visible.

04

Wrong-sized capex

A full line purchased before feed, permits and offtake are proven can turn a promising idea into fixed-cost pressure.

05

Excluded streams get hidden

Batteries, clinical waste, ELV material and hazardous residues need separate eligibility and downstream routes.

06

Supplier and buyer disconnect

Suppliers want reliable service and evidence. Buyers want clean, consistent fractions. The process has to serve both.

↗

The Vantage answer

Build one controlled loop from source to sale.

Source by category, handle assets responsibly, recover copper-rich fractions, measure the lot, learn from the buyer and scale only when the evidence supports it.

The commercial model

One operating system.
Two partner outcomes.

Vantage connects the companies that need a dependable end-of-life electronics route with the buyers that need cleaner, better-documented material lots. The advantage is discipline at both ends — not a promise of easy copper.

For suppliers01

Close the loop on retired electronics.

Give enterprise, telecom, data-centre and industrial teams a structured path for equipment that needs pickup, data handling, documented channelization and responsible downstream routing.

  • Asset-aware collection planning
  • Data-bearing equipment controls
  • Batch records and downstream evidence

For buyers02

Make recovered material easier to trust.

Produce separated, lot-level fractions for copper traders, wire and cable makers, secondary smelters and authorized downstream specialists — with quality and deductions made explicit.

  • Copper-rich segregation
  • Sampling and assay discipline
  • Buyer feedback into the next lot

Feedstock lanes

Focus where copper
actually concentrates.

Not every tonne of e-waste is equal. The first commercial priority is a portfolio of predictable, copper-dense lanes — validated through sampling before equipment is committed.

How we are different

Not just a scrap route.
A measured recovery platform.

Traditional recyclers and scrap traders can be valuable partners. Vantage is differentiating its model around the gaps a copper-focused, corporate-facing lane must close: source quality, proof, route discipline and staged capital.

Operating questionTraditional scrap-first pattern*Vantage design
How is feed bought?Mixed material priced mainly by weight and visible scrap value.Source-by-category intake, sample first and reject unclear lanes.
How is grade handled?Price and deductions can become clear only after the lot is inspected.Lot ledger, sampling, assay and buyer formula designed before scale.
When is capex committed?Capacity can be purchased before feed and offtake are proven.Stage 0 toll-test → Stage 1 pilot → Stage 2 only on evidence.
What happens to data?Data-bearing electronics may be treated primarily as material.Data handling and chain of custody are part of the supplier service.
How are exclusions routed?Different streams can become mixed when the intake boundary is unclear.Batteries, clinical, ELV and residues get explicit eligibility and routes.
What improves over time? The transaction ends when the material is sold.Buyer deductions feed back into sourcing, sorting and the next lot.

*This is a positioning comparison, not a judgment on every traditional recycler. Vantage will still rely on authorized downstream partners where specialist processing is more appropriate.

Capital partners

Currently seeking investors to fund disciplined validation.

Vantage Recycling Solutions is currently looking for investors and strategic capital partners for Stage 0 and Stage 1 validation. The capital case is to prove feed quality, recovery yield, compliance and buyer payability before committing to larger-scale machinery.

01Validate firstUse representative lots and an existing plant where possible.
02Scale on evidenceDefer larger capex until supply and offtake gates close.

We will bring a decision framework.

Share the equipment category, approximate monthly volume, pickup location and whether data-bearing assets are involved. The first conversation is about fit, sampling and route design — before any promise is made.
